October 4th at the SALEM GOLF CLUB IN NORTH SALEM, NY held the 6th annual Realtor-to-Realtor (R2R) networking fundraiser! … It was a fun night of networking, open bar, hors-d’oeuvres, all for a great cause!
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. 100% of funds raised for R2R 2018 went to benefit DOMESTIC VIOLENCE victims within our communities.
Each year we aim to deliver a memorable evening that benefits our communities. For 2018, the Salem Golf Club in North Salem, NY was chosen to accommodate over 200 leaders in the real estate profession. Representatives from real estate firms in the Hudson Valley NY, Greater Danbury, and surrounding areas were in attendance. This event raised money that goes right back into helping improve the quality of life within our communities.

WCR Empire Westchester Network raised money for Hope’s Door!
Hope’s Door was founded in 1980 as the Northern Westchester Women’s Shelter, eventually changing its name to Hope’s Door in 2009. The organization maintains a 16-bed shelter and offers one-on-one intervention, counseling, support groups, legal advocacy and services to help children living with violence at home and parents dealing with domestic abuse. WCR Dutchess Network raised money for The Grace Smith House!
Grace Smith House is a private not-for-profit (501 (c) (3) non-profit charity) domestic violence agency, providing both residential and non-residential services to victims of domestic violence and their children. The Grace Smith house offers residential shelter, non-residential services, counseling, advocacy, legal assistance, and preventative education for residents of Dutchess County, NY and surrounding counties. WCR Greater Fairfield County Network raised $5,400 for The Women’s Center of Greater Danbury!
WCOGD is a non-profit organization (501 (c) (3) non-profit charity) with a vision to end the violence against women, men, and children, to foster equality and empowerment for all. WCOGD serves the needs of individuals and families in the Northern Fairfield and Southern Litchfield County communities of Bethel, Bridgewater, Brookfield, Danbury, Kent, New Fairfield, New Milford, Newtown, Redding, Ridgefield, Roxbury, Sherman, and Washington. WCOGD provides prevention, crisis intervention, and support services with regard to domestic violence, sexual assault, and other major life transitions.
